What We Do

What We Do

🌍 Transforming Recovery with Dignity

Since our founding, Ash & Ember Foundation has been working to rebuild the broken systems surrounding recovery, reentry, and reintegration—particularly for women impacted by trauma, incarceration, and housing instability.

We design and deliver recovery models that are:
🔹 Trauma-informed
🔹 Peer-supported
🔹 Community-rooted
🔹 Scalable & data-informed

We believe every person deserves a system that sees them—not just their setbacks.

Our Mission

❤️ To create a future where recovery is not reactionary, but restorative.
We exist to build pathways that restore dignity, promote healing, and provide real opportunity for those most often overlooked. Through safe housing, peer mentorship, systems-level advocacy, and innovative support tools, we help women not only survive—but rebuild.

“Ash & Ember gives women more than services—they give them systems designed for hope, healing, and human dignity.”

— James Havel Jr.
